Pregnancy massage is available, however please note that it is not advisable to have one if:
A midwife or doctor has advised against it
You’re experiencing nausea or headaches
You have a high risk of premature labour
Or are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy (as it is more risky and may worsen any morning sickness)
But there are plenty of benefits to having a massage if it's safe to do so
